Special Interest Groups (SIGs) bring Women's Professional Forum members together around shared interests, meaningful experiences, and lasting connections. From professional development and personal enrichment to community service and social gatherings, these groups provide fun and engaging ways to connect with fellow members throughout the year.

ANYTHING GOES
Join your WPF sisters in a fun special interest group where truly, Anything Goes! Founders of the “Wild Women in the Mountains,” the Anything Goes special interest group plans an annual excursion to beautiful Blowing Rock, NC each March – and a variety of other activities, depending on group preferences and ideas. There is no set meeting schedule for this group, but announcements are made monthly at the WPF Luncheon.

BOOKS & ARTS
Join fellow creative souls as part of WPF’s Books & Arts special interest group.
The group gathers for lively book discussions, museum and artistic excursions.
Activities have included trips to New York City, NC Museum of Art, painting class with a local artist, book discussions, evenings at Eastern Music Festival performances, Triad Stage plays, and a variety of cultural experiences.

BOOK CLUB
Book Club gathers every other month for fellowship, thoughtful book discussions, and a shared love of reading. Join us to discover new authors, exchange ideas, and connect with friends through engaging conversations about great books.

BUILDING BELONGING
Ready to make an impact? This SIG was formed to promote inclusion and to wrestle with issues of diversity in order to engage WPF as a force for change in our communities. Come out and learn more!

DINING OUT
Dining Out gathers each month to experience the area's diverse culinary offerings and enjoy time together around the table. Join us to try new restaurants, make new connections, and share great food, conversation, and sisterhood.

FINANCIAL DIVAS
The Financial Divas meet to discuss all things financial with a different topic/speaker each month. Join us to increase your fiscal knowledge and to discuss your money-related questions.
We currently meet monthly every 4th Wednesday from 9-10 am at Weaver Park Center Building, 324 W. Wendover Ave., Suite 140, Greensboro, 27408.

LADIES OF LEISURE (LOL)
Join us for social outings and the sharing of educational topics and activities pertinent to retirees. All are welcome regardless of WPF membership status. Those with flexible work schedules are also welcome to participate.

SERVICE TO OTHERS

Sippin’ Sisters gather for fun-filled themed evenings featuring unique libations, delicious bites, and lively fellowship. Join us to sample new flavors, learn about different beverages, and enjoy great company in a welcoming and social setting.

WINE DIVAS
Wine Divas enjoy a good glass of wine and the companionship of their WPF sisters! Designed to give the novice wine drinker greater experience in tasting and appreciating wines, the Wine Divas scheduled themed wine tastings to explore everything from specific varietals, to wines from a chosen country, or even wines with beautiful labels!

WOMEN OF WALL STREET (WOW)
Ever wish you knew more about investing in the stock market? WPF’s Women of Wall Street gather monthly to learn about investing by hands-on experience, guest speakers, and annual jaunts to New York to experience the “exchange.” New group members are invited to join the group in January with an initial investment and meetings are held monthly. This group’s track record for return on their investment is outstanding!

WORKING MOMS
