Q. What does it cost WPF if you do not cancel your reservation?
A. $13 per person is the extra cost to the organization. WPF has to pay the Painted Plate for the number of reservations made. While we have some experience in estimating this number and while we build that estimate into our annual dues, if we are not operating efficiently if we over reserve seats and have extra expenditures in our budget.
Q. What is our policy on announcements from the podium?
A. Because of our time limitations, we request that only WPF related announcements be addressed from the podium. Other announcements can be communicated at the table located outside the entrance to the meeting room. Many of us have wonderful causes that we want to champion and our meeting time is not the appropriate forum for these presentations.
